Vandrel is a living-world simulation you can inhabit, inspect, and extend. Characters pursue their own needs and activities while terrain, ecology, resources, equipment, and independently loadable content mods evolve around them.

The current public Alpha includes CavemanMod, the reference world used to develop and test the platform. It is early and imperfect, but playable—and it exposes the inspection tools collaborators need to understand what works and what still needs help.
